Models and charging times
| Model | Battery | Output voltage range | Max current | Estimated charging time |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 840BG36XXL | 36 V | 30–44 V | 15 A | ≈ 6 h 40 min |
| 840BG48XXL | 48 V | 39–60 V | 15 A | ≈ 6 h 40 min |
| 840BG60XXL | 60 V | 48–73 V | 12 A | ≈ 8 h 20 min |
| 840BG72XXL | 72 V | 60–88 V | 12 A | ≈ 8 h 20 min |
In the code, XX stands for the rated output current (example: 1200BG2430 = 24 V, 30 A). 0→100 % estimate: capacity ÷ maximum current. Where two currents are given, the second refers to a 120 VAC supply; the time uses the first. Actual time depends on chemistry, charging profile and battery condition.
Available functions

Safety
Active PFC and LLC stage. Hardware voltage and current self-test and a charging strategy designed to protect the battery at every step.
Reliability
One-piece die-cast shell, filled with silicone encapsulant that conducts heat and absorbs shock and ageing. Proven in wet, hot, dusty and high-vibration industrial environments.
Five protections, always on
Over-temperature · Reverse polarity · No-load · Short circuit · End of charge.
